General Handyman / Technician

Full-time · Gallatin, TN and surrounding communities

Run day-to-day service calls on your own — drywall patches, painting, carpentry, fixture swaps, deck and exterior work — for homeowners across Sumner, Wilson, and Trousdale counties.

What you will do

  • Complete scheduled repair and maintenance calls at customer homes
  • Handle drywall patching, painting, trim and carpentry, and general repairs
  • Swap light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, and similar finish work
  • Assess a job on arrival, explain the work, and confirm scope with the homeowner
  • Keep the work area clean and leave every job photo-ready
  • Track materials used and communicate job status back to the office

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, or trades experience
  • Comfortable working across several trades rather than one specialty
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Your own hand tools (we supply larger equipment and materials)
  • Professional, punctual, and comfortable talking with homeowners
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders

Helper / Apprentice (Entry Level)

Full-time or part-time · Gallatin, TN and surrounding communities

Learn the trades on real job sites. You will work alongside an experienced technician on prep, cleanup, and hands-on repair work, taking on more of the job as your skills grow.

What you will do

  • Assist on service calls — load-in, surface prep, sanding, taping, and cleanup
  • Help with pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent work
  • Move materials, set up ladders and drop cloths, and stage tools
  • Learn repair techniques hands-on and take on tasks independently over time
  • Help keep the truck, tools, and job sites organized

What we are looking for

  • No formal experience required — a willingness to learn matters more
  • Reliable transportation to meet at the shop or job site
  • Show up on time, every scheduled day
  • Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all seasons
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
  • 18 years or older
